M1S was founded by Marc Lessard to provide Bookkeeping and Income Tax services to the small to medium sized business markets, and to provide Income Tax Services to Canadian and US customers.
In 2006 Debits & Credits Bookkeeping Services joined Zenarc, assuming the name Zenarc Bookkeeping & Tax. This partnership brings a wider base of services to offer to our customers.
Our founding principal, Marc Lessard brings a wealth of knowledge from the small business and charity fields. Marc joined the Canadian Bookkeepers Association in 2003 and is a Senior Member in good standing.
